Notice Regarding Business Communications Policy

Due to the recent increase in inquiries from overseas, and as part of our effort to streamline communication, we have established a new company-wide communication protocol. Moving forward, instead of individual sales representatives in each country handling inquiries separately, all communications will be centrally managed through our headquarters. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this new process.
DEON’s Business Communications Policy
From the standpoint of our internal policy and compliance with applicable Japanese laws and regulations, our company generally does not conduct or respond to business communications outside of regular office hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.).
Furthermore, if you have obtained any personal contact information of our employees, we would appreciate your cooperation in refraining from using it for business or any other purpose. Please direct all future business communications to our official company email address.
If a meeting or discussion is necessary, our company will arrange an official online meeting link and provide formal notice accordingly.
