How to ship service required scopes to Japan

We greatly thank you for being a March Scope owner. Should you require any maintenance or servicing, March Service Center with highly skilled engineers will be happy to assist you. 

 

(Non-European customers)

In case you need your scope to be serviced at our factory, please contact your local distributor/dealer or us in Japan at info@deon.co.jp and we will send you detailed shipping instructions as there is a repair invoice to fill in. Please make sure to ship your scope by EMS (Express Mail Service). Due to regulations of DHL, Fedex, UPS, in many countries they are no longer shipping riflescopes. If you ship your scope by these couriers, the scope may be sent back to you or it may take a long time to clear customs in Japan.
