A Winning Weekend for March Scopes at Bisley!
Last weekend saw Round 4 of the GB National F Class League on the iconic Stickledown Range at Bisley — also known as Mik Mak’s Long Range Challenge, named in honour of GB F Class legend Mik Maksimovic. While the event traditionally takes place at 1000, 1100, and 1200 yards, this year’s match was held at 800, 900, and 1000 yards as part of the build-up to the 2026 F Class World Championships.
We’re delighted to announce that Gary Costello of March Scopes Europe took 1st place overall! Gary used the March 8-80×56 MAJESTA High Master with MTR-W1 reticle to great effect. Despite a weekend of tough conditions — heavy mirage, variable temperatures, and unpredictable winds — Gary stayed composed. Impressively, he also faced a trigger failure on Day 2, requiring a mid-detail rifle swap with no additional sighting shots… and still came out on top!
Huge congratulations also go to Jonathan Walker, who finished 3rd in F-Open, also running the MAJESTA.
Well done to both Gary and Jonathan for their remarkable performances. We wish you continued success throughout the season!
