DEON is launching the updated March 1-10×24 FFP Shorty scope with a uniform 34mm body tube
Posted 01/27/2023
This year March Scopes is launching 4 new exciting models (including updated models) all with the new shuriken lock turrets!
(1) 1.5-15×42 FFP Scope with a 34mm body tube (Dual reticle (FFP+SFP) or FFP reticle)
(2) 4.5-28×52 FFP High Master Wide Angle Scope
(3) 8-80×56 SFP High Master Wide Angle Scope
(4) 1-10×24 FFP Shorty Scope with a uniform 34mm body tube (Dual reticle (FFP+SFP) or FFP reticle)
We posted the specs for the first three models, but we finally posted for the updated 1-10×24 FFP Shorty scope with a 34mm body tube.

The original 1-10×24 FFP Shorty scope is received well and we will still continue to sell this scope because of its lightweight feature. We offer a special custom unimount for the original 1-10×24 FFP Shorty scope with double diameters and shooters can also mount rings in the center of the scope body, but we understand that even so there are limitations to the usage of rings and mounts. As we received requests from shooters that they would like to see 1-10×24 FFP Shorty scope with a uniform body tube in order to mount their preferred rings, we have decided to update this model.
For your reference, below is the image of our custom unimount designed for the original 1-10×24 FFP shorty scope.
The newly added features in the updated 1-10×24 FFP Shorty scope are the following:
– The updated model has the new Shuriken lock turrets.
– The updated model has a 34mm uniform body tube.
The lenses used in the scope are the same between the original and the updated models.
March Dual Reticle, which can be assembled in the 1-10×24 FFP Shorty scope, has advantages of both SFP and FFP reticle. It has the convenience of the FFP reticle scale which magnifies and reduces according to the magnification and the usability of the SFP reticle with the constant thickness (to the eye not the scale value) of the line as the magnification changes. Placing the daylight bright fiber dot illumination to the Second Focal plane reticle ensures that the illuminated dot is usable across the entire magnification range; from a dot sight at low magnifications to a precise illuminated dot for long range precision shooting at higher magnifications with the use of the scale.
We often receive inquiries how bright the fiber dot illumination is, placed on the Second Focal plane of the Dual reticle. LED is guided by the fiber and the cut surface of the tip itself is LED so this is the brightest reticle. Please see these videos to see how bright a fiber dot reticle is. In these videos show FD-1 fiber dot reticle.
Pictures below show the new updated 1-10×24 FFP Shorty scope with shuriken lock turrets.
Red indicates “Locked” and white indicates “Unlocked”.
We will start taking orders for this model from March 2nd 2023, the first day of the IWA held in Nuremberg, Germany.
Thank you for your continued support!
