March Expands Long-Range Lineup with Tremor3-Equipped 5-42×56 Scope

Posted 06/01/2026

March Scopes is proud to announce the release of the March-FX 5-42×56 Genll riflescope equipped with the highly respected Tremor3 reticle, developed by Horus specifically for serious long-range and extreme long-range shooters. Orders are now being accepted, with the first shipment currently scheduled for late August.

Combining March’s renowned Japanese optical craftsmanship with one of the most capable modern precision reticles available today, this new configuration is built for shooters who demand speed, precision, and confidence at extended distances.

Built for Long-Range Performance

The March-FX 5-42×56 FFP riflescope has already established itself as one of the most capable high-magnification optics in the precision shooting world. With an impressive 40 MIL (130 MOA) of elevation adjustment, the scope offers exceptional capability for long-range and ELR applications, allowing shooters to comfortably engage targets at extreme distances while maintaining usable adjustment range.

In addition, the scope features March’s 26-degree wide-angle eyepiece system, providing an exceptionally wide field of view and improved target acquisition. The design helps shooters track targets more naturally, maintain situational awareness, and transition quickly between targets during dynamic shooting scenarios.

As with any optical system, every scope design involves balancing different performance characteristics. While extremely wide-angle eyepiece systems can sometimes make the eyebox more sensitive, March’s 26-degree wide-angle design was carefully engineered to achieve an optimal balance between a forgiving eyebox and an exceptionally wide field of view.

On the 5-42×56 model, the image remains expansive and easy to observe across the entire magnification range, maintaining a tunnel-effect-free sight picture even at lowest  magnification levels where scopes can generally begin to feel restrictive. The scope provides an ultra-wide 26-degree apparent field of view throughout the magnification range, resulting in a viewing experience that remains both immersive and practical for real-world long-range shooting applications. Together with March’s renowned optical quality and precise mechanical performance, the scope is built to meet the demands of today’s most serious long-range shooters.

Why Tremor3?

The Tremor3 reticle has earned a strong reputation among professional shooters and advanced precision rifle competitors for one simple reason: speed.

Designed to maximize rapid target engagement and efficient corrections, the Tremor3 allows shooters to make fast follow-up shots and hold corrections without constantly dialing turrets. Its sophisticated wind dots and holdover system help shooters process environmental conditions more efficiently and engage multiple targets quickly under time pressure.

For long-range shooters, wind calls are often the single greatest challenge. The Tremor3 reticle helps simplify this process by providing intuitive reference points that improve consistency and reduce hesitation during engagements.

The reticle is especially valuable in dynamic shooting environments where speed and first-round hit probability matter most.

Japanese Craftsmanship Meets Modern Precision Shooting

Every March scope is manufactured in Japan with a strong focus on precision engineering, durability, and optical excellence. The Tremor3 equipped March 5-42×56 scope continues this tradition while expanding March’s offerings for shooters seeking advanced reticle solutions for modern long-range shooting disciplines.

The combination of superior glass quality, reliable tracking, massive adjustment range, and the Tremor3 reticle creates a system designed to perform at the highest level.

Whether for competition, advanced training or extreme long-range shooting, the newly offered March 5-42×56 scope with a Tremor3 reticle is built to deliver confidence where precision matters most.
