We are committed to providing more convenient service for our customers, and to that end, we have been preparing to establish a dedicated service center in the United States since last year. We completed nearly all of the preparation on our side some time ago.

At this time, we are waiting for the final administrative approvals before we can officially begin operations. Because the timing of these approvals is outside of our control, we are not yet able to announce an opening date. Depending on when the approvals are granted, the launch may be later this year or may extend into next year. Regardless, we are ready to move forward as soon as we receive the necessary approvals.

This new service center will allow us to provide more convenient support for our customers in the United States, and we truly appreciate your patience as we complete this final step.
