Did you know your March Scope comes with an MD Disk? 
It’s Day 2 for the vendors at the USPRA PRS World Championship! The three of us from March Scopes are here today, and we’re looking forward to another great day of meeting shooters and talking about optics.
Here’s a useful tip about an accessory included with your March Scope:
Each March scope comes with an MD Disk (Modifier Disk) in the box. When you want even greater depth of field, the MD Disk gives you an additional option. It reduces the effective diameter of the objective lens, similar to stopping down the aperture of a camera. This increases the depth of field, allowing a wider range of distances to appear in focus at the same time. It can also reduce the amount of visible mirage, helping you see the target more clearly in difficult conditions.
Simply attach the MD Disk to the front of the objective lens. If you also want to use a Tenebraex lens cover, the setup is:
Scope → MD Disk → Adapter Ring → Tenebraex Lens Cover. The MD Disk is included with the scope, while the adapter ring and Tenebraex Lens Cover are optional accessories.
Just like stopping down a camera aperture, using the MD Disk also reduces the amount of light entering the scope.  For that reason, it is most useful in good lighting conditions and is generally not recommended on dark, overcast days or in other low-light conditions.It’s a simple accessory that gives March scope users another way to fine-tune their view for different shooting conditions.
