Peter Cross won a major 500 metre Fly Shoot and also set a new National Record in Light Gun class (Australia)

Special event to celebrate 30 Years of 500m Fly Shooting (created by benchrest competitors) in Australia was held in 2020. BRT Shooters Supply and DEON (manufacturer of March Scopes) donated a beautiful 8-80×56 Silver Scope at this event and the scope went to Peter Cross by lottery! You may still remember but Australia was deeply affected by the prolonged period of bushfires at that time. Peter too was no exception and his property was burnt. Their local rifle range was burnt to the ground also. It had been a period of very tough times.
But today we received an exciting news that Peter not only won a major 500 metre Fly Shoot but also set a new National Record in Light Gun class– 276.3 (out of a total possible 300) ! Congratulations Peter! We are very happy for you. Where there is a will, there is a way!
